As a real specialist for direct marketing bonprix is sending out 200 million catalogs and 1.4 billion newsletters every year Karsten Uhlig started 15 years ago after his diploma in business administration at bonprix in the e-commerce team. He developed during his career the own e-commerce platform for bonprix, was responsible for the international rollout of the web shops and mobile shops, built up the e-mail marketing and online marketing and focuses currently on building the Integrated Data Driven Marketing platform to realize the Business Intelligence potentials.
Tom Haveman is the head of E-commerce Technology at BESTSELLER, one of the largest fast fashion retailers in Europe. Since Tom’s arrival 16 months ago BESTSELLER E-Commerce revenues have increased by over 50%. In 2014 BESTSELLER E-commerce has relocated all its E-commerce innovation activities to the Netherlands (Amsterdam) and changed its way of working to support faster delivery of value to the platform and their customers. In just over six months the technology department went from a waterfall methodology, releasing new features every 16 weeks, to innovate in 5 different value streams releasing twice a week using continuous delivery.

Simon has over 14 years of consulting experience in the areas of marketing, brand, and business strategy - for both B2B and B2C clients. He has worked with senior management teams at international blue-chip clients (e.g. Allianz, Bertelsmann, BMW, eBay, General Motors, Metro, Siemens, Vattenfall, Volkswagen) in countries across Europe, the U.S., and China, as well as for top players in Germany (e.g. Commerzbank, Deutsche Telekom, Postbank). As Chief Strategy Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi Germany, Simon is driving the development "from a briefing agency to a coaching agency". He is responsible for all strategic engagements of the agency, including the development of brand & communication strategies and all account planning work, as well as new business. Simon has published various articles on marketing and strategic partnership topics and has contributed to several books in these areas, e.g. the German edition of “Brand Relevance” by David Aaker and "B2B Brand Management" by Philip Kotler & Waldemar Pförtsch. Since 2013 he is a member of the jury for the German Association of Communications Agencies' B2B brand management award "GWA Profi".
Dr. Matthias Häsel is Head of Online and Mobiles Sales at Deutsche Bahn, being responsible for bahn.de, bahn.com and the DB Navigator app. Prior to joining Deutsche Bahn, Matthias was Head of Business Development & Innovation at OTTO, where he led the mobile strategy and responsive design program. Previously, he served as a Senior Product Manager at XING. Matthias has a degree in computer science, a master's degree in e-business and a doctoral degree in information systems.
Guido has been Chief Technology Officer at Spreadshirt since 2013. Comprehensive experience in the IT sector garnered in several management positions at various leading international companies such as DaimlerChrysler, SAP and Hasso-Plattner-Institute is what Guido brings to Spreadshirt. Before joining the company, he was a figurehead at Software AG, acting as Vice President of their global consulting sector. In his previous position at itCampus, he was Managing Director of its Software AG branch. Raphael Beguin is head of business development of Euronics Germany, one of Europe’s largest buying groups for consumer electronics. He used to be responsible for the offline business and the business development of one of the ten biggest e-tailers in Germany and therefore possesses detailed knowledge on how an omni-channel company works. In his trainings for members of the Euronics cooperative society, he gives lectures on how a clever interaction of online and offline trade can generate synergies. Furthermore, he currently supports the e-commerce department in implementing the cross-channel-retailing concept.

After graduating in political science (M.A.,) he filled leading positions in marketing, business development and consultancy. At Rakuten Deutschland, Erik was in charge of the strategic and operational development of the marketplace. He is the founder of digital IQ, a training and consulting firm for digital business models, online marketing and social media. He is also a professor for e-commerce, digital marketing and entrepreneurship at the International School of Management in Munich. Prior to that, Tu-Lam was the Head of Performance Marketing at ProSiebenSat.1/SevenVentures (the digital ventures portfolio of one of Europe's largest media companies) and Director Performance Management at NETRADA (a leading e-commerce service provider for the fashion industry, now part of Arvato/Bertelsmann). Tu-Lam was also the founder and CEO of ENAMORA, a leading German online retailer for lingerie and swimwear. Tu-Lam studied economics in Mannheim, Toulouse, Munich and Cambridge and holds an MSc and PhD in Economics.
Casper Remmer has more than 8 years experience within e-Commerce and Digital Marketing from both web-shop startups, web-agencies and most recently sport clubs and mobile-operators. Currently Head of e-Commerce at Danish mobile-operator 3, Casper is dedicated to transforming the organization towards digital with a strong commercial focus. Ingo Heinrich is founder and CEO of stylefruits GmbH. He founded the recommendation platform stylefruits together with Michael Vietze and Mathias Ziegler in 2008. Ingo Heinrich has extensive Internet, (social) media, and e-commerce experience. Previously, he acted as Head of Investment Management Multimedia of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. Prior to that, he worked as Director of Portal Sales at Tiscali GmbH, Head of Marketing Consulting at ID-Media AG as well as the Head of Ad Sales & E-Commerce at Gruner+Jahr BerlinOnline GmbH. At eTail Linh will outline the current challenges in online retail and will share the key success factors of curated shopping.
Maximilian is the Founder & CEO of Finimize.com, the fastest growing finance platform for millennials. Prior to that, he was Co-Founder and VP Strategy at DeinDeal, which is the biggest multi-category e-commerce player after Amazon in Switzerland with more than 150 employees and 100m revenue. At DeinDeal, Maximilian was mainly responsible for business and corporate development, business intelligence and data, strategy, and supply chain management. Prior to DeinDeal, Maximilian advised firms in the Telecommunications, Media, Technology (TMT) sectors as a strategy consultant in London. Maximilian holds an MA (Hons) in Economics and International Relations from the University of St. Andrews in the UK and studied abroad at the University of Virginia. He was a scholar of the German National Scholarship foundation (Studienstifung des Deutschen Volkes).
Dr. Zores ist seit Januar 2014 als CTO der REWE Digital GmbH tätig und in dieser Position für die strategisch-technische Leitung und ihre Implementierung verantwortlich. Dr. Zores besitzt einen Doktorgrad in Physik und Computerwissenschaften und verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung in den Bereichen Technologie und Internet. Er begann seine berufliche Laufbahn im Deutschen Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR), bevor er in den industriellen Bereich wechselte. Dr. Zores war in leitenden Positionen bei Unternehmen wie SUN Microsystems, Easynet, AOL und AutoScout24 tätig und war einer der führenden Entwickler der Computersprache JAVA.
Ben Cooper hat als Managing Director die Gesamtverantwortung für das Geschäft von HookLogic in Europa. Diese Aufgabe umfasst die Weiterentwicklung des Angebots und der Nachfrage des Unternehmens, die Entwicklung von Partnerschaften, Personalfragen und Managementaktivitäten. Timo von Focht ist seit 10 Jahren in den Bereichen Big Data, Web Intelligence und im digitalen Marketing tätig. Anfang 2015 trat Timo von Focht TagCommander als Country Manager DACH bei. In dieser Position ist er für die Niederlassung in München und die deutschsprachigen Kunden von TagCommander verantwortlich. Zuvor arbeitete er für Adobe in Deutschland als Senior Enterprise Account Manager. Weitere Tätigkeitsbereiche umfassten die Website-Optimierung und -Analytik. Hier führte er erfolgreich zwei andere Lösungsanbieter in den deutschen Markt ein.
Ingrid Hochwind ist leitende Kundenmanagerin bei Google Germany. Als Hauptkundenbetreuerin weltweiter FMCG-Unternehmen ist sie für das Einkäufer-Marketing in der Region EMEA verantwortlich. Zuvor betreute sie große Handelsunternehmen in Deutschland und den USA mit dem Schwerpunkt digitaler Lösungen für die Einzelhandelswerbung. Vor ihrer Zeit bei Google arbeitete Ingrid in der Marketing-Forschungsabteilung von Accenture.
Michael Klein ist Director of Industry Strategy für die Adobe Marketing Cloud. Er leitet ein Team von Experten, die den weltweiten Geschäftskunden von Adobe helfen, die besten digitalen Marketingstrategien zu entwickeln. Michael Klein trägt regelmäßig auf Veranstaltungen der Branche seine inspirierenden Ansichten bei und ist aktives Mitglied von Shop.org und der Global Retail Marketing Association.
